Returns and Exchanges

We thank you for your support! We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied please email us at office@score-international.com.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Please email office@score-international.com for return or exchange approval and we will send a pre-paid return label.

We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether the replacement or adjustment is valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise. 

If merchandise is returned after the 15-day period or is received worn or damaged and in not new condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
